THAI launches “Royal Orchid Plus Unique Experiences” campaign


Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) organized “ROP CHAT & SHARE” event to launch its “Royal Orchid Plus Unique Experiences” campaign to celebrate its 25thanniversary of Royal Orchid Plus program this year and to thank Royal Orchid Plus members with special privileges. 

       Miss Jittima Udayachalerm, Business Director of Royal Orchid Plus, Thai Airways International, reveals that in today’s digital age, Royal Orchid Plus has strategy that places greater emphasis on online as well as mobile services and operations, including special privileges that meet the variety of needs and lifestyles of Royal Orchid Plus members to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction and to provide customers with maximum benefits. On the occasion of 25thanniversary of Royal Orchid Plus this year, THAI launches “Royal Orchid Plus Unique Experiences” campaign which is part of a work plan of Business Unit, Royal Orchid Plus, to be in line with its strategy and to promote good relationship while simultaneously providing more communication channel between Royal Orchid Plus and members with continuous special privileges in this campaign. These special privileges will meet a variety of needs and trendy lifestyles of Royal Orchid Plus members by featuring activities and games on the company’s online and social media platforms. This campaign offers various privileges to Royal Orchid Plus members including discounts, premiums and special services. Royal Orchid Plus members are eligible for these benefits by showing their member card at participating shops. In addition, there is ROP Monthly Activity throughout the year to feature special games such as photo sharing to win awards, workshops and quiz on THAI Social Media (Facebook or Line). What’s more, there is ROP Big Bonus that allows Royal Orchid Plus members to join the activity throughout the year. Royal Orchid Plus members who travel with THAI operated flight one time will earn one right to register together with showing their flight ticket. At the end of the campaign period, the lucky winner will be announced and he or she will receive 500,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles which can be redeemed to get a flight ticket to any routes worldwide.


Activities in ROP CHAT & SHARE event can be divided into two parts. The first part is “ROP CHAT” which features the interview of executives about details of “Royal Orchid Plus Unique Experiences” campaign and special privileges for Royal Orchid Plus members participating in the campaign on Royal Orchid Plus website as well as the special talk with Sorawit Suboon (Doctor Kong) about his memorable experiences from being Royal Orchid Plus member. The second part is “ROP SHARE” organized in the style of Afternoon Tea Party in which guests and participants have a chance to join Food Stylist workshop to learn plating techniques and food photography from Duang-rithi Claewplodtook, Thailand’s famous food stylist, with the food served in business class from THAI’s Catering Department. In addition, there is “Dream Destination” activity that offers special prizes from Royal Orchid Plus’s business partners as well as “Lucky Draw” activity.
